She was predeceased by: her parents, Andy Armbrust and Ella Armbrust (Dolezal); her husband Cletus Russell; her great grandchild Jared Gilbert; her son-in-law Billy Ray Allen; and her siblings, Pearl Gant (Wayne), Richard Armbrust (Louise), Dell Armbrust (Ruth), Melvin Armbrust (Mable) and Dean Armbrust (Sylvia).
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Allen and Janice Brooks; her grandchildren, Steve Allen (Karen), Stacey Brooks (Sherry) and Monica Gilbert (Richard); her great grandchildren, Chris Allen (Sarah), Amber Jones (Leslie), Casey Brooks, Milstead, Taylor Wier (Mathew) and Lucas Gilbert; and her great great grandchildren, Adalyn Jones, Penelope Brooks, Ivan Milstead and Conway Allen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carroway Funeral Home (2704 S John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Watch Video Carroway Funeral Home (2704 S John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904).
