She is survived by: her daughter Leslie; her son-in-law Patrick Richards of Lufkin; her children, Patricia Scroggins of Garrison and Tim Scogin of Lufkin; her grandchildren, Brandi Lankford, Jodi Morgan (Byron), Reilly Garrett (Danielle), Brad Reid (Heather), Josh Scogin (Bethany) and Kim Scogin; her siblings, Roger Brumley of Santa Fe, NM and Carol; her brother-in-law Ron Hambrick of Longview; her brother Bruce; and her sister-in-law Reeva Brumley of Lufkin. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shafer Funeral Home (600 N John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904-0353). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at the Whitehouse Cemetery (416 Whitehouse Dr, Lufkin, TX 75901).
