She is survived by: her parents, Louis Paul Duplechain, Sr. and Cynthia Lynn Jackson; her children, Daxton Paul Montelongo and Jadyen Cantu; her husband Daniel Montelongo of Lufkin; her stepmother Lilian of Edinburg, TX; her brothers, Louis Paul Duplechain, Jr., Rudy Allen Svetlick, Gene Lee Denton and Charles Lee Denton; her aunt LeeAnn Aloyoun of Cleveland, TX; and her uncle Frank Duplechain of Houston, TX. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shafer Funeral Home (600 N John Redditt Dr, Lufkin, TX 75904-0353). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at the Berry Cemetery.
