He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Pickett and Estelle Pickett (McKinley); and his sisters, Betty Mason and Inez Oliveraz. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Blake; his children, Casey Rondel Braly of Dickens, Robbie Wayne Pickett of Australia and Teresa Edwards (Darrell) of Artesia; and his stepsons, Corey Davis (Deanna) of Lubbock and Craig Davis of Ashland, Kentucky.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Combest Family Funeral Home (2202 Broadway St, Lubbock, TX 79401). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Bethany Baptist Church (4402 40th St, Lubbock, TX 79414).
