He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Pena and Lucia Pena (Garcia); and his grandson Anthony Roderick. He is survived by: his wife Eva; and his daughters, Stephanie Garza (Paul), Andrea Pena (Jay), Stacy Duran (Luis) and Jennifer Pena (Nick Diaz). He is also survived by five brothers; three sisters; nine grandchildren.
