He was predeceased by: his parents, Aurelio Sandoval and Gloria Sandoval; and his siblings, Liz Padilla and Marty Sandoval. He is survived by: his brother Joseph L. Sandoval.
In lieu of flowers, it is requested that donations be made to the Marine Corps League Detachment 519 to continue supporting the ideals Tom held so dear.
