He is survived by: his father Herbert Pinkert; his son Jody Pinkert of Lubbock; his grandson Pierce Allen Pinkert of Lubbock; his sister Jan Self (Glenn) of Lubbock; his niece Angie Littlefield (Shawn); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Parker and Presley; his nephew Scott Self (Erica); his great-nephews, Tanner and Wyatt; and his aunt Sandra Reasoner (Cyril).
A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Combest Family Memorial Chapel (2210 Broadway, Lubbock, TX 79401).
