He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Agnis Moore (Berner) and Eddie Moore; his daughter Christel Moore; and his nephews, Joseph Hubbard and Jack Parks.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Louise Parks; and his sisters, Anita, Alison and Michelle.
