He is survived by: his wife Emma Banda of Lubbock; his children, Anthony Raul Banda (Marilyn) of Lubbock, Lexie Banda (Luis Gonzales) of Lubbock and Amber Banda (Moises De La); his mother Maria Minerva Banda of Ft. Worth; his siblings, Fidencio Banda Jr. of Lubbock, Joe Banda of Olton, Margarito Banda of Ft. Worth, Luis Banda of Ft. Worth, Alice Solis of Houston, Mary Ann Ochoa of Lubbock, Silvia Banda of Houston, Christina Williams of Levelland and Irma Dent of Levelland; and his grandchildren, Anthony Banda of Lubbock, Adrian Banda of Lubbock, Aaron Banda of Lubbock and Aiden De La Rosa of Lubbock.
