With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Randy Manley of Lubbock, Texas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Manley and Freda Manley; and his brothers, Jerry Manley and Kenneth Manley. He is survived by: his sisters, Carolyn Robbins and Laura Galloway (Clyde Galloway). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
