He was predeceased by: his wife Tina; and his siblings, Carrie Spann, Philip Gilbert, Jerry Gilbert and Bobby Johnson.
He is survived by: his parents, Mel Maessner and Linda Maessner of Lubbock; his children, Paris Nix of Austin, Keller Gilbert of Austin, Timothy Springfield of Denison, Colton Timms of Lubbock and Christina Gauf of Vancouver, WA; and his brothers, David White (Mary) of Lubbock and Brian White (Christina) of Becton. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and host of extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Combest Family Memorial Chapel (2210 Broadway, Lubbock, TX 79401). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
