He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Deardorff and Betty Deardorff. He is survived by: his friend Ben Faulkner; his children, Mariah and Cody; and his wife Kathy.
As a contribution to the Lord's Kingdom, he produced "The John Donnerberg Podcast" sharing John's Bible teachings from Ropesville's First Church of the Nazarene.
