He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Abbe and Berta Brown Abbe (Brown); and his sister Rhonda Bird (Abbe). He is survived by: his wife Linda Abbe (Streiff); his children, Tara Myers (Brian Myers) of Dallas, TX and Aaron Abbe (Alayna Abbe) of Lubbock; and his grandchildren, Beckett Myers of Dallas, TX, Lleyton Myers of Dallas, TX, Addison Abbe of Lubbock, Alexa Abbe of Lubbock and Aubrey Abbe of Lubbock.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial (6025 82nd St, Lubbock, TX 79424).
