It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Joyce Bowerman (Lubbock, Texas), who passed away on December 18, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Malone and Rosa Malone (Burl Bowerman); her son Randy Bowerman; her grandson Nicholas Garrett Bowerman; her son-in-law LaMarr James; and her siblings, Billy Malone, Ben Malone Jr., Grady Malone and Anna Mae Wunneburger.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna James; her grandchildren, Randon Bowerman (Candice), Taylor James (Whitney) and Madison Roberts (Charles); her great grandchild Della; and her sister Nancy Green (Bob). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial (6025 82nd St, Lubbock, TX 79424). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
