It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Martha LaNelle Hightower (Lubbock, Texas), born in Levelland, Texas, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Delmer Hightower; her children, Marcia and Ronny; and her grandchildren, Aaron Gabardi, Randy Hightower, Renee Gudgel, Rick Hightower, Luke McWhorter and Ben McWhorter. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Sanders Memorial Chapel (1420 Main St, Lubbock, TX 79401). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Resthaven Memorial Park (5740 19th St, Lubbock, TX 79416).
