He was predeceased by: his parents, J. W. Mankin and Wilma Jean Mankin (Daniels); and his son Jeff Mankin. He is survived by: his wife Wanda May Rodgers; his children, Todd Mankin (Aubrey) of Sanger, Texas and Kori Haggard (Ray) of Lubbock; his brothers, Ricky and Jimmy Mankin of Lubbock; his grandchildren, Hayden Haggard, Parker Haggard, Emilee Smith, Tanner Smith and Taryn Smith; and his great grandchild Elliot Haggard.
