He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Hal Blain and Evelyn Dyer Blain; his brothers, Kenny and Skippy; and his grandfather Joe.
He is survived by: his sister Rebecca Adkins (Waco); his daughters, Terri (Steve Navrkal) and Jerri (David Sarten); his grandchild Jordan (Eric Chavez); his children, Jamie Sarten (McKinney), Bobby Blain and Jacki (Matt Moore); and his grandchild Taylor (Frisco).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Primrose Facility Chapel (10003 Upland Ave, Lubbock, TX 79424).
