He was predeceased by: his parents, John Milner and Dovie Milner (Sandefur); his siblings, John, Bob, Reba, Ruthie and Landra; and his son-in-law Benny Cousatte.
He is survived by: his wife Winona McCoy (Nona); his children, Becky Jones (John), Kimra Cousatte and Dustin Milner (Rhonda); and his grandchildren, Erin Flores, Katy Williams, Kelsey Hill, Kira Cousatte, Cason Cousatte, Addison Milner and Cameron Milner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to New Mexico Christian Childrens Home in Portales, New Mexico or South Plains Pillow Ministry at South Plains Church of Christ in Jim's memory.
