With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeanette Lee Woodruff of Lubbock, Texas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 12, 2024 at the age of 83. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Jeanette Lee leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Dennis and Earsey Meggs Dennis; and her husband Jerry. She is survived by: her daughters, Kerry Tobey (Rodney), Delia Case (Daryl) and Teresa Woodruff; her grandchildren, Rylee Biedermann (Holt), Dylan Case and Laura Tobey (Zachariah); her great grandchild Nora; and also Buzz Barton.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Sanders Funeral Home (1420 Main St, Lubbock, TX 79401). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sanders Memorial Chapel (1420 Main St, Lubbock, TX 79401).
