He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Floyd Neill and Ellen Marie Helton. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, James Lee Thomas (Sondra), Scott Komarek (Suzanne) and Jenna Rush (Jeremy); and his granddaughters, Teresa Day, Brandi Day, Kara Rush and Kaitlin Rush.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park (15602 TX-493 Loop, Lubbock, TX 79423).
