We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2024, at the age of 83, Hilaria Almanza (Lubbock, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Hilaria is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Hilaria's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ignacio M. Almanza; and her children, Ignacio Jr. III, Mary Ann Leyva and Gracie Smith. She is survived by: her children, Rosendo, Danny, Joel and Jody. She is also survived by her 18 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and 17 great-great grandchildren.
