She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Gamez and Refugia Gamez; her sons, Cruz Quintero, Jr. and Tracee Quintero; and her siblings, Apolinar Gamez, Gloria Martinez and Bibana Gamez.

She is survived by: her grandson Phillip; her children, Ernesto Quintero of Plainview, Diana Quintero-Pena of Owatonna, MN, Sandra Orona of Plainview and Connie Quintero of Plainview; and her siblings, Richard Gamez of Plainview and Olanda Riojas of Plainview. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
