He was predeceased by: his parents, George Joshua Ribble and Rose Aline Ribble (Bosch); and his siblings, Pearl Ribble, Clinton Ribble, Laura Ribble Fontaine, Lucille Ribble Demorest, Joan Ribble Propp, Mary Lou Ribble McRann, George Ribble, Florence Ribble Kitchel and Richard Ribble.
He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn Sue Walton; his sister Jessie Saunders of Billings, MT; his children, David Ribble (Becky) of Parker, CO, Carol Self (Vic) of Lubbock, TX, Glenn Ribble (Gaye) of Fort Collins, CO and Janet Falbo (Ray) of Lubbock, TX.; and his grandchildren, Briana Davis (Matt) of Ft Worth, TX, Kaila Cox (Jim) of Parker, CO, Ryan Self of Austin, TX, Brandon Ribble (Suzanne) of Windsor, CO, Kendra Orr (Alex) of Edmond, OK and Luke Falbo of Lubbock, TX. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Combest Family Funeral Home (2202 Broadway St, Lubbock, TX 79401). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sunset Church of Christ (3723 34th St, Lubbock, TX 79410).
