She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest McQuay and Levern McQuay; her husband Herbert Carroll; and her brothers, Danny and Eugene McQuay.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 12812 Elgin Ave, Lubbock, TX 79423.
The Family asks that no flowers be sent to this celebration due to limited space.
