She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Lee Vaught and Ray Lee Ritchey; her husband James Landes; her brothers, Sammy Ray and Jimmy Don Ritchey; her sons, Rickey Wright and Tony Wright; and her granddaughter Jessica Diane Wright.
She is survived by: her daughter Terry Sellers (Troy); her granddaughters, Katrina Michelle Rasco (Terry), Holly Sellers Dorman (Stacy) and Candice Wright; and her great grandchildren, Kayla McCurdy (Nakeisha), Jennifer Greer (Tate), Eric McCurdy, Tiffany York (Bryan), Hayden Young and Makinzy Rasco. She is also survived by eight great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Combest Family Memorial Chapel (2210 Broadway, Lubbock, TX 79401). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the First Baptist Church (703 Avenue J, Shallowater, TX 79363). A burial was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM at the Anton Cemetery (3956 N 168, Anton, TX 79313).
