She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lee and Elizabeth Ellen Lauderdale (Monroe); her sons, Billy Pat Smith and Bradley Ross Smith; and her siblings, Beatrice Hodges, Geraldine Cox, Ella Williams, Burnice Stevenson, Munroe Lauderdale, Wanda Lee Callaway, Calvin Jack Lauderdale, Douglas Edward Lauderdale, Gilbert Pitman Lauderdale, George Lauderdale and Richard Wayne Lauderdale.
She is survived by: her children, Clifton David Smith (Diane) of Lubbock and Lisa Smith White (Cary) of Lubbock; her grandchildren, Meagan Smith Gilbert, Tiffany Smith Heatwole (Eric Heatwole), Barrett Smith, Ross Puckett and Reese Tate Puckett (Olivia); and her great grandchildren, Breegan Gilbert, Michael Gilbert, Aiden Heatwole, Addie Heatwole and R. J. Puckett.
