He is survived by: his wife Sherry Jolly; his daughters, Shannon and Shelly Diaz (Ben); his grandchildren, Eric (Nicole), Ryan, Madison and Meghan; and his siblings, Rosalind Grizzell, Bob (Jan) and Larry (Janene). He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
