We bid farewell to Delores Leon Castillo of Lubbock, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 14, 2025 at the age of 89. Delores Leon touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Demetrio Leon and Maria Leon; her husband Luis V. Castillo; her grandson Chris Garcia; her siblings, Juan Leon, Lupe Leon, Lucy Valdez and Soledad Rivera; and her children, Ruben Castillo (Rebbeca Castillo), Rosa Martinez (Teddy Martinez), Mike Castillo, Luis Castillo, Jr., Jesse Castillo and Demetrio Castillo.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Sanders Funeral Home (1420 Main St, Lubbock, TX 79401). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sanders Memorial Chapel (1420 Main St, Lubbock, TX 79401).
