Dax Jaron Flickinger Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dax Jaron Flickinger of Lubbock, Texas, born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 22, 2025 at the age of 13. Though Dax Jaron may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dax Jaron touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Ricky Byers; and his cousin Garrett Byers. He is survived by: his parents, Chris Flickinger and Brooke Flickinger; and his siblings, Kidron and Naya. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church (10503 Slide Rd, Lubbock, TX 79424).
