It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Gonzales of Lubbock, Texas, born in Denton, Texas, who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sons, Jeff McKinnon (Candyce) of Lubbock and Josh McKinnon (Sarah) of Lubbock; his parents, Ruben Gonzales and Mary Gonzales of Denton, Texas; his siblings, Mark Gonzales of Shady Shores, Charles Gonzales (Cindy) of Argyle and Sandra Gonzales of Denton, Texas; and his grandchildren, Kyler McKinnon, Colton McKinnon, Hannah McKinnon, Ben McKinnon, Sunshine Mathews and Adalynn Bricker.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Combest Family Funeral Home (2210 Broadway, Lubbock, TX 79401). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Church (7002 Canton Ave, Lubbock, TX 79413).
