We bid farewell to Charlene Shofner (Lubbock, Texas), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 16, 2025 at the age of 78. Charlene touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Charlene may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charlene touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jennings Bryan and Maudie Pearl Sherrod; her husband Presley Shofner; her sons, Bryan Shofner of Dallas and Shawn Shofner (Rashael) of Lubbock; and her grandchildren, Taylor, Landon, Parker, Aubrey and Addison.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Venue (2202 Broadway St, Lubbock, TX 79401). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
