He is survived by: his son Bene Jr.; and his siblings, Elena, Margarita and Manuel.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Guajardo Funeral Chapels (407 N University Ave, Lubbock, TX 79415). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
