She was predeceased by: her father Federico Cervantez; her husband Domingo Guzman, Jr.; her brother Dan (Maria Cervantez); her sister-in-law Janie Cervantez; and her sisters, Rachel and Amelia Cervantez.
She is survived by: her mother Petra Cervantez (Hernandez); her children, Mary Ann Guzman, Rudy Guzman, Yolanda Carrillo and Robert Guzman; and her siblings, Freddy Cervantez, Tony Cervantez, John Cervantez, Frances Cervantez and Helen Aguayo. She is also survived by her 8 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
