He was predeceased by: his parents, James Winnegar and Ellen Winnegar; his son Randy; his granddaughter Valerie; and his great grandchild Emelia.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores.
A memorial service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Guajardo Funeral Chapels (407 N University Ave, Lubbock, TX 79415).
