She is survived by: her children, Emma Grace Chavez and Jaylee Rose Collazo; her parents, Amelia Ramirez Salazar and Michael Chavez; and her siblings, Sean Chavez, Eric Chavez, Anson Salazar (Ashley), Elias Mendez (Ashley), Matthew Mendez, Abby Freo and Athena Rodriguez (Ramiro). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Guajardo Funeral Home.
