She is survived by: her children, Paula (David Bryant), Michael (Sherry Ford), Susan (Howard Hull), Kim (Alvis Armontroutt) and Arleta Ford; and her siblings, Louise Love, Phyllis (Joe McCoy), Linda (Pokey Johnson) and Richard Parker. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
