It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Richard Otis of Lovelady, Texas, born in Huntsville, Texas, who passed away on May 23, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Franklin Howard Otis, Jr.; and his grandparents, Clifton H., Lucille Adams, Frank and Itha Otis.

He is survived by: his mother Yvonne Adams Otis of Lovelady; his brother Franklin H. Otis, III; his uncle Roland Adams (Mary Ella) of Jacksonville; his cousin Cliff Adams (Ann) of Jacksonville; his aunt Margaret Ann Lucas of San Augustine; and his cousin Jennifer Smith of Livingston.
