He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Haynes Kuykendall and Cosette Kuykendall; and his siblings, George Kuykendall, Donnie Kuykendall, Shirley Lynn Kuykendall and Mary Beth Kuykendall.
He is survived by: his wife Verna Helen Searcy Kuykendall; his children, Jeffrey Kuykendall (Cindy) of College Station, Derek Kuykendall (Chriss) of Port Orchard, WA and Bonnie Kuykendall of Lovelady; his grandchildren, Wesley Kuykendall (Eddie), Adam Dillard (MaRee), Heather Marshall (Reggie), Preston Dillard, Kristen Bitner (Travis), Lauren McDonald (Joseph), Allie Dillard, Rachel Gasway (Jason), Ariana Bobbett (Bryan), Joshua Kuykendall, Gabrielle Bradford (Mason) and Bethany Kuykendall; and his sisters, Eunice Rodgers of Huntsville and Barbara Kuykendall of Augusta, KS. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends.
