He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Luz Ramirez and Catalina Macias Salinas; his children, Juanita Tovar (Paul) of Crockett, Hope Mejia (Gregorio) of Bryan, Nancy Ferretiz of Riverside, Julian Ramirez of Lovelady, Norma Romero (Lalo) of Garland, John Ramirez (Melissa) of Lovelady, Monica Ramirez (Robert) of Crockett and Carlos Ramirez (Angela) of Lovelady; and his brother Julian Ramirez of Beaumont. He was also cherished by twenty-eight grandchildren; thirty-seven great-grandchildren; seventeen great-great-grandchildren.
