He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Ezra and Ora Lee Manning (Huggins); his wife Louise Jackson; and his siblings, LaVerne Dykes and Glen Manning.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Ethridge (Robert Baxter), Marsha Baxter (Bruce), Gary Manning (Sue) and Jeff Manning (Carol); his grandchildren, Kent Stevens of Houston, Seth Stevens (Heather) of Richardson, Ross Baxter (Krys) of Austin, Grant Baxter (Bekah) of San Angelo, Travis Manning (Naomi Aquirre) of San Angelo, Rianne Manning of San Angelo, Mallorie Manning of San Angelo and Jamie Manning of San Angelo; his great grandchildren, Lucille, George Tennyson Baxter, Juliana Stevens, Sydney, Geneva Baxter and Benjamin Manning; and his caregivers, Samantha and Cindy. He is also survived by his family.
