She was predeceased by: her parents, Dionico Tristan, Sr. and Louis Huerta; and her husband Frank Smithwick, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Frank Smithwick, Jr., Christopher Smithwick, Sr. (Lorena), Timothy Smithwick (Patricia), Mark Smithwick, Sr. (Jessica) and Sabrina Valenzuela (Octavio); her grandchildren, Melissa Anderson (Kirk), C. J. Smithwick, Jr., Andrea Palomino (Clay Gonzales, Sr.), Brianna Smithwick, Samantha Smithwick, Madilyn Valenzuela, Mark Smithwick, Jr., Bayley Smithwick and Katalina Smithwick; and her great grandchildren, Clay Gonzales, Jr., Liana Anderson, Alina Gonzales and Ava Gonzales. She is also survived by her nine brothers, and six sisters, four sons, one daughter, nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
