He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Munoz and Matilda Munoz; his siblings, Joe Garcia, Adelina Cortez, Velia Sosa, Celia Sosa and Sara Sosa; and his children, Alma Munoz Torres and Thomas Munoz.
He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Munoz; his sister Janie Lopez of Eagle Lake; and his children, Pete Munoz, Jr. (Brenda) of Katy, Jesse Munoz (Francis) of Austin, Danny Munoz (Belinda) of El Campo, Michael Munoz (Rosa) of Pecos, Sebastian Munoz (Misty) of Eagle Lake, Marco Munoz (Kristi) of Louise, Sulema Martinez (Daniel) of Wharton, Irma Torres (Manual) of Bay City and Rebecca Yackel (Ricky) of Louise. He is also survived by 28 Grandchildren, 41 Great Grandchildren and 21 Great Great Grandchildren.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers and in memory of Pete can be made to Yolanda Munoz to help defray funeral costs.
