He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Gustav Johnson and Viola Anderson Johnson; his sister Carol Johnson Davis (William); his sister-in-law Donna Johnson; and his daughter-in-law Cynthia Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Peikert Johnson; his children, James R. Johnson (Robyn), Doyle Johnson (Maura) and Lesli Johnson Crabtree (Damon); his grandchildren, Jessica Johnson Zarate (Manuel), Jayson Johnson, Riley Crabtree, Ross Crabtree and Kaitlin Johnson; his great grandchildren, Caden Zarate and Kylie Zarate; and his brother David Johnson.
Memorial donations in memory of Milton may be made to First Lutheran Church.
