He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery J. Branscum and Eunice Sims Branscum. He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Thomas Branscum; his children, Brett Branscum and Brenda Moran; his grandsons, Blake Moran (Casey), Beau Moran and Wesley Branscum (Jill); and his great grandchildren, Bryce Moran, Kamryn Moran, Cason Buswell, Kimber Branscum and Wyatt Branscum.
