He was predeceased by: his son Joel Richard Fish, Jr.; his parents, Whitman Fish and Mildred Fish; and his brother-in-law Wayne Collins. He is survived by: his wife Louise "Weesie" Pipes Fish; his daughters, Jan Holder (Jim) and Lois Conovan (Jeff); his daughter-in-law Jennifer Lehman-Fish; his sister Lee Collins; and his grandchildren, Brian Holder, Curtis Fish, Sandra Fish Mendoza, Cash Conovan and Courtney Conovan.
