He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Strahan and Gentle Mae Strahan; his grandmother Lillie Fowler; his wife Louise Traylor; his daughter Debra Strahan; his siblings, James Strahan (Deloris), Jack Strahan and Mary Strahan; his children, Sandra, Gene Jr., Christopher, Victor and Michael Sr.; his grandchildren, Tiffany (Ruben), Toyka, Brett, Christopher, Tayshia, Tanita, Michael Jr., Dorian, Isabella and Sophia; his great grandchildren, Kayshawn, Kalen and Ryland; his siblings, Arthur Ray (DeLois Jean), Raymond (Ivory), Donald Strahan, Joyce Baker and Glendora Strahan; and his sister-in-law Theresa Peacock. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
