He was predeceased by: his son Steve; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Louise Smothers; his son Joel; his daughter-in-law Nancy; his grandchildren, Reid and David; his brother Ed Hall (Cathy); his nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Eddy and Mike; and also Karin Dunn. He is also survived by several cousins and extended family and his many friends.
