He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Muzik Sr. and Evelyn Baca Muzik. He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Zmeskal Muzik of Louise; his sons, Mike Muzik (Christine) of East Bernard and Brandon Muzik (Sarah) of Louise; and his siblings, Jeanette Tegeler of El Campo, Kathy Fowler (Jimmy) of Ganado and David Muzik (Carol) of Ganado. He is also survived by four grandchildren; one step-grandchild.
