He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Bain Sr. and Naomi Roades Bain; and his brother Morgan Bain Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Karen Cervenka (George) of Hallettsville, LaShelle Bain of Victoria and Keith Bain (Kacy) of Louise; his grandchildren, Amber Miles (Jacob), Ethan Bain (Channing Byrd), Garrett Cervenka and Lauren Cervenka; his great grandchildren, Cullen Miles, Slade Miles and Evelyn Foust; and his sister Elaine Williams of Woodsboro.

Memorial donations in memory of Carl may be made to Louise Volunteer Fire Department.
