She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Self and Ava Lou Griffin Self; her brothers, James O. Self, Paul Self and David Self; her husband Roy Renfro of Lott; her children, Ron Renfro (Debbi) of Lorena, Nancy Hicks (Don) of Selma, Sheila Ramber (Ted) of Dickinson and Sharon Vogel (Dennis) of Pasadena; and her siblings, John Self of Lott, Cecil Self of China Springs, Ardath Friudenberg of New Braunfels, Ann Thrasher of Lott and Elaine Hudson of Cameron. She was also cherished by 6 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church in Lott "Operation Christmas Child", or to the Clover Hill Cemetery in Lott.
